INSPIRED by a successful childhood friend, MARCUS entered the real estate field in 2010 as a part-time agent. Over the course of nearly a decade, the appeal of running his own venture burgeoned, and when that desire could not be further contained, he took a leap of faith and left his previous job to work full-time as a realtor in 2019.
It was a decision wrought with fears and uncertainty, but it birthed the dawn of a new era where he was no longer an employee-- MARCUS was now his own boss.
Despite struggling at the beginning, he has no regrets doing so. In just the following year, Marcus demonstrated his impressive expertise by clinching three awards, which would be the first of many more to come.
